Currencies & Exchange Pairs
Manage currencies, exchange directions and customer quote settings.
Forex Gain
Confirmed exchange fees and retained fractions, by currency.
Staff access
Approve registration and assign portal permissions.
KYC Provider Configuration
Propose a configuration and have a separate authorised officer approve it.
Only installed provider capabilities are available. Approval checks local configuration; it does not verify provider connectivity. Artemis and live KYC are not enabled in this release.

New configuration proposal
Provider setup is performed once: a Proposer submits the configuration and a different Approver approves it. The approved provider is reused for subsequent cases. Submit another proposal only when the provider or its configuration changes.
Enter credential reference names supplied by your administrator. Never enter passwords or API secret values.
Local KYC Simulator
SIMULATION — NOT LIVE VERIFICATION. Reusable across enrolled synthetic test cases. Clean checks advance to Risk Assessment; review or failure scenarios stop at the affected check. Customer approval and wallet provisioning remain separate workflow steps.
Use the existing approved connection for each eligible case. No Proposer sign-in or new provider proposal is needed unless the provider configuration changes.
Select an eligible waiting case and confirm it contains synthetic test data. Testing continues from its current KYC stage and preserves earlier completed results and audit history. Existing external provider bindings cannot be replaced. Choose a scenario for the remaining checks only. Results remain visible under Cases & Approvals → Inspect.

Deposit Claim Queue
Verify customer ownership using independent evidence. Store only an internal evidence reference. Approval checks the blockchain again and credits the transfer once.
